I've posted a website you all can check out from an artist named Gustav Klimt. He paints women which are done very beautifully. I love the way he portrays women and abstracts them. I dont really think that his work resembles andy warhol much but i love his work so i thought ild put it up to share.

this guy(safe assumption? hurhur)'s painting, The Kiss, was in a book i got out for design a few weeks back. i think it's a really romantic painting. i'd got it out to choose an image for the colouring pencils drawing and The Kiss was well, just waaay above me =p
anyway, i had a look at your link - i definitely like this guy's paintings, they have a lot of detail and small things in them that you don't really notice when you look at the painting as a whole. but they obviously build the painting. these paintings appeal to me because i'm generally into either really detailed work or just simple and bold. i'm usually not a fan of soft edges but sir gustav's done it well! love the ones of the bushy haired lady with her head tilted. her rosy cheeks as well. it's very....youthfully feminine is the right description maybe.
